GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Here at Manalapan Fitness & Wellness we are committed to providing the best group fitness class experience available to Jamesburg, Freehold, Monroe, and the Monmouth/Middlesex County, NJ areas. Our gym's state-of-the-art training facilities host a number of classes for members of all fitness levels. Whatever your goal - weight loss, toning or keeping active - we will get you there. Enjoy the camaraderie our classes have to offer.

GROUP FITNESS WINTER CLASS SCHEDULE (December 11. 2017)
GROUP FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
All classes are suitable for all fitness levels with modifications, unless otherwise noted.
A body sculpting class consisting of exercises that strengthen and tone the upper and lower body muscle groups using hand weights and body bars.
An interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training.
Utilizing drum sticks and resistance balls, it is a fun and effective cardio/core workout!
A high energy, low-impact total body workout with cardio intervals. Participants use 3 lb. hand weights doing exercises that draw from the core.
A full body workout designed to strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body to create long, lean functional muscles. Participants will use weights, body bars,resistant bands, rings and stability balls
This total body conditioning class will create definition targeting all your major muscles groups of the body. Participants use various weighted barbells doing super sets and drop sets to maximize your results! Focusing on proper form, this class involves slower movements with full range of motion for toning and conditioning your body.
KICK 'N TONE:
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing and marital arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!
An original 30 minute, non-choreographed, bodyweight only HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) workout. After you participate in this workout, your metabolism will keep burning for the next 24 hours!
PILATES BARRE FUSION:
This amped up pilates class combines the best of both worlds…pilates core conditioning and Barre…lengthening and strength training for long, lean muscle tone. We keep the workouts exciting in this fusion class.
A full-body cardio jam session combining light resistance with constant drumming. It fuses cardio, plyometric, and isometric movements into a 55 minute, fun workout! You burn between 400 and 900+ calories per class, and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique...while rocking out to your favorite music! Using Rip Stixs, (lightly weighted exercise drumsticks) this class uniquely targets and strengthens your entire core.
Indoor cycling on fully adjustable bikes where you ride to the rhythm of the music. Instructors guide you through hills, flat roads and mountain peaks. Our high intensity cycling classes build endurance, strengthens the core and tones your muscles.
This barre workout flows through the high-powered sequences that specifically targets the arms, legs, and core, resulting in a long and lean physique! Pilates, dance, cardio, and strength training all in one motivating and energizing workout.
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING:
Condition, strengthen and tone your entire body in this high-energy workout. You will challenge all your major muscle groups by performing squats, presses, lunges and curls using weights, body bars, and resistance balls. Drawing from your core, you will condition your core muscle groups leading to a strong, fit body that will be less prone to injury.
Get ready to dance yourself into shape! This dance fitness class is an exhilarating, easy to follow, Latin and Urban inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness party! Come join the Party!
A high intensity interval training class using more traditional fitness moves for the athletic conditioning-style workout. You use your own body weight as resistance to achieve muscle definition creating a high-cardio, total body workout.
